Fun bar and excellent food. Much of the deco detailing has been preserved. Made a very fun evening for our group.

Greyhound bus stations arent exactly the height of opulence these days, but Brian Ingram hopes to hark back to a more romantic era of bus travel in his new restaurant, Bus Stop Brewhouse. A Dittmar bus out on the patio is just the start of full-on bus nostalgia in the shadow of U. Bank Stadium.
Greyhound began as an intercity bus line in Minnesota. Its founder, Carl Eric Wickman, would transport miners the two miles from Hibbing to neighboring town of Alice which had more bars in his seven seat Hupmobile. The business expanded fast, meeting the needs of an ever more interconnected America. The sleek gray reflection zooming by reminded him of a racing dog speeding down the track.
The Scenicruiser became an icon of the American way of life due to its presence throughout the USA in cities and along highways and popularity with the traveling public. The name was a portmanteau of the words "scenic" and "cruiser". The high-level design concept of Scenicruiser resembles some of the rolling stock of the passenger-carrying railroads of the United States and Canadaparticularly their popular stainless steel dome cars.
Eleventh Hour will welcome a rotating fleet of food trucks on Saturdays and the mass transit restaurant will continue to make the rounds at area businesses and festivals. Fans of both companies should look out for specialty infusions, barrel projects, pilot brewed one-off creations and possible dish-inspired brews. Luke Cypher is a landlubber, but he appreciates the symbolism behind the bird.
The results will astound you. Some people inherit their dream homes, some buy them and some build them. Jessie Lipskin chose to design hers by converting a decommissioned GMC bus.

By mikewofNovember 2, in General Anarchy. Greyhound Lines had some kind of traveling show in our little town, they brought the vintage buses and the newest one. The old ones are so beautiful, I thought they might be interesting here.
