The center is in the Main Building in Rooms Concurrent enrollment enables students to get a jump on their degree path by gaining college credits while still in high school. Courses taken at the Regional Career Center are full academic credit through your high school.

Adult Basic Education The Adult Education Program provides Arkansas residents with the opportunity to improve their basic reading, writing, and math skills. Students may work on basic skills to improve their ACT scores, to take the Official GED Test, to improve their employability skills, to advance their workplace skills, or to gain personal satisfaction. To be eligible for Adult Education services, students must reside in the State of Arkansas.
The UACCB Adult Education Department seeks to meet adult students' educational needs at the secondary level by providing instruction to those who want to earn a high school diploma through the GED program. Basic skill instruction to prepare for college enrollment or job advancement and English as a Second Language ESL classes for non-English speakers are also offered through the Adult Education grants. These grants allow all adult education classes to be offered free to the public.

The Arkansas State University Adult Education Program provides basic skills instruction in reading, writing, and math to adult learners to prepare them for college and the workplace. Each student is provided with an individualized roadmap that includes varied instructional strategies designed to meet his or her academic needs in preparing for the General Educational Development Test GEDcollege entrance, and the workplace.
The Adult Education Center provides FREE, self-paced, individualized instruction for the non-traditional adult student, ages 18 and above. Adult Education instruction assists adults with improving or enhancing their reading, math, and language skills; learning the English language; and preparing for the Arkansas High School Diploma GED ; for entry into post-secondary education, employment, or the armed forces. All classes are taught by certified teachers.
