Gym designers have rid locker rooms of the gnarly shower curtains, trading them in for sexy glass escape pods. They have made bathroom stalls ever more private. Comfy couch corners, Wi-Fi and lockers with built-in locks have gone from swank options to standard issue.

My column last week tied together two gossipy occurrences in the sports world: 1 Karrine Steffans' tell-all book; and 2 TV reporter Carolyn Hughes' alleged affair with Dodgers pitcher Derek Lowe. I was sarcastically making the point that women have proudly become equal partners in America's sexual irresponsibility. It really wasn't intended as a column about locker room access for sports reporters.
A Montreal-area town has decided to forbid all nudity in the locker rooms of its municipal pools -- a level of discretion that has one man wondering if it doesn't go too far. Brossard advised residents in its newsletter this month it wouldn't allow men or women to walk around naked in their respective locker room and showers. For now, the penalty is a simple warning.
Typically, SMART objectives are metrics cascaded through an organization that set objectives for individual employees. They are used to manage performance and contribute towards determining pay and bonus. If you compensate an individual according to their performance against a metric, they will get the message and focus on that metric.
Why is it they love to stand around naked in front of each other, while younger men just put on their clothes like normal people? What is it with old men in the locker room? In locker rooms, there's a nearly straight-line correlation between a gentleman's age and the time he enjoys spending chatting with other people, or merely walking about, with his junk on display for all to see.
Some people may feel slightly uncomfortable when entering locker rooms due to the stench of body odor or the unexpected surprises when you round the corner and see someone naked. This becomes even more awkward if the person acts like a nudist and begins to talk to you as their naked body shakes and giggles in places only lovers should witness. Other people, like myself, absolutely dread the locker room.
While walking around to check out the facilities I went into the locker room. In there, they had lockers obviouslyshowers, a steam room, and even a jacuzzi. There was a naked guy changing by the lockers, a naked guy coming out of the showers, and a naked guy standing up and doing some stretches in the jacuzzi. Not that I was paying particular attention, but these weren't good looking guys either.
